We did all we could with the actiontec router but had no luck. I had Verizon change teh ONT to Ethernet and installed a Cisco 4400. Internet was great, but Cable box On Demand and Widget support was lost. I followed teh general guidlines noted here to reconfigure the Actiontec router and Cisco router and it all works great now !
